Jowar Pyaz Ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup jowar flour (white millet flour)
  • ½ cup finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tsps oil
  • Rock Salt to taste

Method:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough, using warm water as required.
  • Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  • Pat each portion on a dry surface using your palm into a circle of 125 mm diameter.
  • Cook on a tava with a medium flame till both sides are lightly browned. Serve hot with a vegetable of your choice.
