Legend has it, that hidden in the remote reaches of the Himalayan mountains lies a secret of youth. Generations of Tibetan monks have passed down a series of exercises with mystical, age-reversing properties. Known as The Tibetan Rites of rejuvenation or The Five Rites, these once-secret exercises are now available to us & can be learnt under professional guidance. These are practices done by Tibetian Monks to live long, vibrant & healthy lives.

The Five Tibetan rites represent a great way to keep your body in shape when you have limited time for a physical workout or limited space for a complete workout/yoga routine. We use the Five rites as a warm up for our yoga or workout. Yet it can be done as a workout in itself.
