 Compact Yoga

Compact Yoga is a set of Yogic exercises that require minimal space & time, so that there is no hindrance to the yogic practices and it can be practically possible to implement the program in a corporate environment. These are the exercises that can be done, standing near the desktop.

Features :

The session can be done in office clothes

Includes standing exercises and/or Chair exercises

The timing & exercises can be customized for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

The exercises will rejuvenate the participants & not exhaust them.

These can be done just when the shift begins or ends or at any time in between.

 Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga includes Asana, Mudras, Bandhas, Pranayama & Kriya practices which are done standing, seated & lying down on a Yoga Mat.

Most people stand continuously for long stretches of time or sit in front of a computer for long hours, thereby risking repetitive stress injuries like Cervical Spondylitis, pain in the lumbar spine, headache, strained eyes, chronic fatigue syndrome etc. All of these conditions reduce the productivity of the employees. Ashtanga Yoga has a solution to all these problems.

 Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a systematic & result oriented form of exercise that helps a person in an all round development of fitness - muscular endurance, cardiac endurance, muscular strength, flexibility & core strength. Power Yoga is used for toning, sculpting, losing inches of body fat, increasing height & for improving overall health, energy levels & personality. The positive shift it brings in an employee’s personality & energy level, helps improve productivity.

As it is an equipment free exercise, it has zero risk of injuries. It can be done anywhere, and that’s one of the plus points it has over other forms of exercise.

Generations of Tibetan monks have passed down a series of exercises with mystical, age-reversing properties. The 5 Tibetan Rites were practices done by Tibetan Monks to live long, vibrant & healthy lives.

The topics can be customized as per interest /requirements of the group.

Group Nutrition & Lifestyle Session

5 Weekly sessions of 2 to 2 & ½ hrs that will cover the basic principles of good nutrition, food combining, meal planning , practical guidelines, mental programming for good health & energy levels, eating right at restaurants, parties or social outings , Getting restful sleep, Balancing the various elements of health. Last 45 mins are for answering questions

One-On-One Consultations

This program involves one-on-one meetings with the employees by a wellness consultant to review lifestyle habits & nutrition & provide customized wellness program, which also increases their commitment to the program. These consultations allow the individual to improve their food & lifestyle choices that they make every day, leading to an improved health.

Health Café(Recommended Menu + Recipes for Health Foods at the Cafeteria)

As most of the employees tend to eat a significant amount of food everyday at the cafeteria, it is important to monitor the kind of food that is available at the workplace. It includes recommendations for improving what is available and introducing healthy alternatives. Realistic options are discussed concerning the budget, availability & employee preferences.
